A Bit About Us
With its inception in 2006, partners Bruce Krusel and Paul Fischer, branched out from their government appraisal careers of 18 years to form an independent and professional real estate appraisal firm called Thompson Rivers Appraisals.
Hitting the ground running by providing a wide range of appraisal and consultant services for all types of properties, the agile firm rapidly grew into a recognized leader in real estate appraisal for Kamloops and the surrounding areas.
Meet The Team
Our appraisers strictly abide by all the rules and regulations of the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). All of our appraisers are accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and are Certified Professional Appraisers or currently enrolled in UBC’s Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation. Our administrative staff is friendly and committed to providing you with a great experience.
